Quantity Surveying pathway
Our Quantity Surveying programme is designed to equip learners with a strong foundation in the principles and practices of quantity surveying, including measurement, cost estimation, procurement and project financial management, enabling them to deliver accurate, reliable, and compliant project outcomes.

Throughout the programme, learners will explore innovative construction technologies, sustainable building methods and the application of digital tools such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to enhance project efficiency, accuracy and collaboration. They will also develop a thorough understanding of UK building codes, compliance standards and regulatory frameworks, ensuring construction projects are safe, sustainable, and legally compliant.

The programme emphasises practical and analytical skills, including advanced measurement techniques, detailed cost planning, financial control and quantitative analysis. Leadership, management and strategic decision-making are also integrated, enabling leaders to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead projects effectively.
