OUR PROGRAMME

Specialised pathways for construction careers

Our degree programmes are built from 3 levels of study.

The BSc (Hons) degree offers a flexible start, three-level structure:

​

  • Level 4: Complete this in a minimum of 12 months for a Certificate of Higher Education.

  • Level 5: Complete this in a minimum of 12 months for a Diploma of Higher Education.

  • Level 6: Complete the final honours year in a minimum of 12 months to achieve your full BSc (Hons) degree.

Francis James' degree programme is validated by Richmond American University London (RAUL). This means that while Francis James are responsible for creating and delivering the degree programme, and setting the standards for it, RAUL has final oversight of the quality of what Francis James do. Learners who successfully complete the degree programme will receive a UK award from RAUL.

Progress to Your BSc (Hons) Degree

We are able to recognise some qualifications you have already achieved, which may allow you onto the next level of study. So, if you already have a relevant level 5 qualification and want to progress to a BSc (Hons) degree, you may be able to achieve this in as little as 12 months.

BSc Honours Degree

Level 6

Level 6 is the final level of our BSc (Hons) in Construction & the Built Environment. The degree programme is validated by Richmond American University London (RAUL).
