Construction Management pathway
Our Construction Management degree prepares learners to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Learners develop expertise in managing resources, coordinating teams, planning schedules, controlling costs and ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.
The programme combines practical management skills with knowledge of innovative technologies, including Building Information Modelling (BIM), modular construction and sustainable materials, equipping students to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Learners also gain experience with digital tools and in construction data management, while applying mathematical and engineering principles to solve real-world problems.
Sustainability, risk management, and quality assurance are integrated throughout the curriculum, ensuring graduates can deliver projects that are safe, environmentally responsible, and commercially viable.
