​The Certificate of Higher Education is the first level of our BSc Honours in Construction & the Built Environment. The degree programme is validated by Richmond American University London (RAUL).

• Four subject pathways available at this level

• Can be completed in 12 months (however you will have up to 3 years to from the date of induction)

• Distance learning option available, including live online evening lectures 

• Cost £9000 including VAT and all other costs

It is possible to exit the programme after completing Level 4. If you do, you will be awarded the Certificate of Higher Education.
