If your form is incomplete or if you have not submitted the evidence for your appeal, then your case may be dismissed. The form must be submitted within 10 working days of you receiving the formal assessment decision in question.

Grounds for Appeal

Please indicate the grounds on which you wish to appeal by ticking one or more of the following. Only tick those grounds that apply to your case:

Procedural irregularity: A significant error or omission in the assessment or decision-making process.

Extenuating circumstances: New or previously undisclosed circumstances that could not have been reported earlier for valid reasons and were unknown at the time of the decision being appealed.

Evidence of bias or prejudice: Where the learner can demonstrate that the academic decision was influenced by bias.
