LEARNER SUPPORT

Every Francis James learner is allocated a Programme Support Officer, a dedicated member of staff who provides a consistent point of contact throughout their time with Francis James. Learners also have access to study-skills and assignment workshops built into the programme timetable.
 

Programme Support Officers can:

• Support learners with questions or concerns

• Signpost learners to other services and appropriate support

• Schedule regular progress-review meetings, usually every three to four months
   

Lecturers are available to support learners with the academic content of the programme through scheduled assignment workshops. The Francis James team is also available to assist with administrative, financial and logistical queries.
